Defective Drugs + Medical Devices

Defective Drugs + Medical Devices

When a drug or medical device fails, the outcome for the patient and his or her family can be devastating. When the negligence of a medical device maker, drugmaker or pharmacy causes harm, the victim deserves compensation. At Bohrer Brady LLC, we have been helping victims of faulty medical devices and defective drugs for 31 years. We protect individuals and families across the country.

Defective/Dangerous Drugs, Supplements and Medical Substances
The pharmaceutical industry is home to some of the largest and most profitable companies in the world. A defective drug has the power to affect thousands of people across the country and cost these companies millions. To prevent this, drug companies employ huge numbers of lawyers who are skilled at avoiding liability or at least minimizing the harm to the bottom line. If you have been injured by a defective drug, including prescription or over-the-counter medications, we can help you. In addition, we represent clients who have been harmed by tainted or dangerous supplements and other products not under Food and Drug Administration (FDA) control. Our firm can advise you in cases involving a wide range of dangerous drugs.

Defective Medical Device Cases
Medical devices have the power to save lives or greatly enhance patients' quality of life. When the devices fail, however, they can cause severe pain, disability and even death. Our product liability lawyers have extensive experience in medical defect cases.

For more information, call us at 1-800-876-3911. You will not pay attorneys' fees unless we collect money for you.

If you have suffered injury from a defective drug or defective medical devices, or if a family member has died because of a recalled drug, tell us about it. Our lawyers can help you understand the laws and your rights. You do not have to face a big drug company alone.
